What's An Ellie's Run Hero?
Well, we have defined a HERO as a person who would be willing to help a child in Africa that they have never met...because most people just don't do that kind of thing. In Kibera, Kenya, $25 helps put a child in school for a year by buying their uniform, school books, and shoes. Not bad, huh? So as a HERO, you get active and engaged, and ask your friends and family to see how many children they can put in school... together.

- You will be putting CHILDREN IN SCHOOL!
- As a committed HERO, you and your family get in the race for FREE!
- You get an American Apparel HEROES T-shirt...that is actually pretty cool!
- As you achieve each fundraising level below, you'll get great prizes.
- We'll help make it simple for you. You'll get a packet full of materials that will equip you with everything that you need to be successful. We also offer resources for the HEROES here on the website - you will even be given your own HERO page to keep your family and friends informed.
- This is something that you and your FAMILY can do together that will help add depth and significance to your relationship!
Hero Fundraising Levels:
- $1,000....that helps 40 KIDS go to school!
- $500....that helps 20 KIDS go to school!
- $250....that helps 10 KIDS go to school!
Ok, So What Do I Do??
- Fill out the registration form using the link below and commit to a fundraising level.
- Make your first donation of $25 by signing up to be a HERO.
- You'll create a user name and password that will give you access to your HERO Profile and Account, where you can view your donors, post new updates, and access a bunch of HERO resources!
